Refund policy

At Nioux Wave, we value your time and satisfaction.  If you would like to exchange or return our product, we offer a 7 day return policy after your order is delivered.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make a proper resolution.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  Items that are marked as discounted or final sale are not eligible for exchange or refunds.

To Initiate a return or exchange:

Contact us at info@niouxwave.com within 7 days or receiving your order.  Please provide your name, order number and the reason.

Return Authorization will be provided once the order is confirmed and is eligible, along with instructions on how to return the product(s).

In-Store Credit is issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s).  There is no credit for shipping fees paid.
